By providing your details to North Coast Caravans Ltd, you consent to us maintaining, recording, holding and using the information you give us at the time of ordering. All data is collected lawfully and maintained in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. None of your personal details will be passed to any other third parties for any reason.

Returns & Cancelling Your Order
It is the buyer’s responsibility to establish the purpose.
You have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7days of receipt. Items must be returned unused in their original packaging along with the original invoice. This must be within 7 working days after the date the item(s) were delivered. You must contact us prior to returning your item(s) for this option to be considered.
We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as you will be responsible for the cost and condition of the returned items. Upon receipt and inspection we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price only.
If the manufacturer is satisfied that the goods have been returned due to being defective, returned delivery charges will be reimbursed and replacement(s) sent.

Cancelling An Order After Payment But Prior To Delivery.
Where possible any costs will be refunded, however you may be subject to a re stocking fee depending on the stage of the order process.

Delivery Info
Delivery is usually made in approximately 3-5 working days to addresses within the UK Mainland. Other locations e.g. Scottish Isles, Isle Of Man, Isle Of White, Northern Ireland please contact us for delivery costs. We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified, however sometimes deliveries are affected beyond our control. In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to alter delivery times.
Responsibility of the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery.
All goods must be checked on receipt. Any shortages or damages must be reported to us within 24hours.
All UK Mainland web orders over £150.00 excluding VAT and delivery are free of delivery costs. Orders placed over the phone or faxed will be subject to a delivery charge.
All part orders will incur additional delivery charges.
